Coach Wilson started coaching at NorthWood in the fall of 2014. Coach Wilson has previously coached at Jimtown, Goshen and S.B. Washington high schools. He served as the Head Football coach at Goshen for 4 years prior to coming to NorthWood.
Dave is currently employed at Patrick Marine Transport and serves as the defensive coordinator for the Panthers.

Dave is a 1998 graduate of Manchester College and lives in Wakarusa with his wife Molly and their children Jesse, Miriam, Hudson, and Holden.
